Michelle finds it important that her yoga classes are accessible to everyone. That is why she offers lots of options in here classes that people can choose from to adjust the poses according to their own needs. In the end, whether the pose looks picture perfect is not important. Most important is the breath and turning the focus inward. Michelle does spend a lot of attention on alignment in order to make the poses more safe and accessible. Another aspect of her classes is the relative easy pace which makes that there is enough time to elongate the breath. It also provides more time to adjust to the poses. Besides, Michelle likes to create an atmosphere in which people can truly relax. The yoga poses are meant to both increase strength and flexibility but relaxation is equally important. Michelle teaches several different styles, such as: hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga, and pralaya yoga.

Private classes

Private yoga classes are the perfect way to develop your yoga practice one-on-one. Whether you are a beginner and want to gain familiarity with the poses, you have been practicing for a while and want to develop your practice further, or you just want to practice yoga in the comfort of your own home. If you are looking for more peace and quiet and you would like to learn some valuable tools to help you relax, then private yoga classes are also a great option.

Michelle offers private classes in the “Haaglanden” area (Delft, Den Haag, Midden-Delfland, Rijswijk, Westland, Zoetermeer, etc). If you live further away, then you might like to follow an online private session (via Skype of Google+). Each private trajectory starts with a (free) online intake of about half an hour during which we discuss your personal wishes.

    • Excluding possible travel expenses (max. 10 euro within the “Haaglanden” area, depending on the distance and parking expenses; outside of this area different rates apply)
